Let Ross guide you through the process of designing and making a chair. Along the way we will investigate ergonomics, design, shaping and bending timber, joinery options, making jigs and fixtures and simple upholstery. Requires some woodworking experience, we recommend having at least completed a hand tools fundamentals course, and an introductory wood machining course before undertaking a chair.
